The service

Otto is a desktop app that diagnoses computer problems and, with your approval, applies fixes. It relies on an online service for AI responses and subscription management.

Free trial

New installs get a 7-day free trial with a limited allowance of AI credits. The trial is limited to one computer per trial and does not require a card.

Subscription billing

Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Current prices are shown on the pricing section and in Stripe Checkout before you pay.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal, opened from the Otto app. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew.

Refunds

Draft policy: if you were charged and Otto did not work for you, contact hello@ottomend.com and we will review refund requests case by case.

Your responsibility

Otto asks for your approval before changing your system. Review each proposed change, and keep backups of important data.
