What stays on your device

Otto runs its diagnostics on your computer. Your chat history and Otto's notes about your machine are stored locally on your device.

What is sent to us and to the AI provider

When you ask Otto a question, the relevant text and diagnostic results are sent through our service to an AI model provider so it can answer. We do not sell your data.

What we keep

• Your account email address and sign-in sessions.
• Subscription and trial status, and usage counts needed to apply your credit allowance.
• Basic operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe shares subscription status with us.
